If you’ve got a post you’d like to submit about doctors using social and digital media, all you have to do is complete this form (http://bit.ly/HCSMR3Form) by 11:59 PM on Monday, April 30th (although earlier is MUCH better!). If you’d like to submit your post via email, just follow these guidelines. See you on the 2nd!!
