This recognition and write up from MM&M marks a new milestone in our evolution as a firm.

This is the first time we have been listed in this Agency of Record round up because we are now being viewed as a more integrated agency with diverse capabilities.

We recognize we have much more to do from strengthening our digital chops, honing and building on our analytics offerings that lead to even more meaningful insights and robust engagement and diversifying beyond Healthcare to fully develop Technology, Consumer and Corporate/Change practices — not to mention expanding our Global footprint and Nextworks products and services which clients are increasingly asking for.

It may seem like too much at times or an impossible task to achieve all these things and well. But it must and will be done to thrive in this volatile and constantly changing world economy.

I wanted to highlight and acknowledge this particular recognition from MM&M, because it is clear evidence of and testament to– at least to me — that what we are trying to do is definitely not impossible and that we can do anything we set our minds to. To be considered not only a great PR firm, but also now much more beyond that, is a breakthrough.

I remember getting cautionary advice not to become another PR firm with some creative capabilities and other stuff patched on here and there, but really become the integrated agency of the future we and many others are trying to be. I feel like we are finally on our way to legitimately doing that, though in many ways we have only just begun.

Thanks to everyone at W2O Group for continuing to persevere through this sometimes difficult transition that has not been without significant pain and learning. We are doing some great, really impactful work for our clients — actually some of our best ever — that is making a real difference. It takes a lot of guts and courage to change and take new chances with ourselves and with our clients, but we are doing it — and importantly, less gradually than ever before, which is what it’s going to take.

The many new and different talents we have in the firm, our burgeoning London office and international partner network and our nascent and emerging Nextworks and Big Data capabilities are all bringing new new skills, experience, capabilities and perspective that are enabling us to offer and do things for clients that we could never do before.

It’s been amazing to see what we can do when we leverage all we have to offer — and to think we have only just begun.

We will continue to make smart, thoughtful investments and do things we believe will keep us and our clients ahead of the curve. This will enable us to grow profitably and healthily so we can make W2O Group one of the most exciting and diverse places to work where people can grow their knowledge, skills and careers for years to come.
